Privacy Policy

From clients: name, email address, time zone, booking and payment history, messages exchanged through the platform.

From experts, additionally: the content of the public profile, billing details, and the payout account.

To perform the contract (bookings, payments, invoicing), to meet legal obligations (tax records) and, on the basis of legitimate interest, to prevent abuse and improve the match between demand and experts.

We never store or see the card number. Payment happens on the processor's secure page; we only receive the transaction result and the last digits of the card.

The payment processor, the transactional email provider, the hosting provider and, if the expert connects a calendar, that calendar provider. We do not sell data to third parties.

Billing data is kept for the period required by tax law. The rest of the account data is deleted 12 months after the account is closed.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can request an export or account deletion from the settings page or by writing to the contact address. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We use a session cookie required for authentication and a CSRF-protection cookie. Both are strictly necessary and serve no marketing purpose.
